The FOX Factory FLOAT DPX2 was a perfect replacement on my Whyte T-130. The shock performs great on sweeping flow and jumps, keeps the back wheel on the ground on techy climbs, and is right at home hammering downhill rocks and roots. AND pedals pretty nicely.
Enough about the shock... About Buy Cycle Stuff Online (https://buycyclestuffonline.com)... AWESOME! I was two days away from a trip to do a week of riding in the Rockies when my rear shock blew out. A quick rebuild didn't resolve it. Buy Cycle Stuff had the DPX2 in 8.5x2.5 in stock. Unfortunately, shipping was going to take 3-4 days. Not surprised as that's pretty standard. I reached out about options. Without hesitation, they went outside of their process and shipping policy, and I received the shock the next day at no extra cost. Awesome customer service!
