Includes all the hardware need to install the post: handlebar remote, cables, housing and small parts. 

The handlebar remote can be mounted in any orientation: left side, right side, top or bottom of the handlebar. 

Tech note: We get a lot of returns because people order the wrong size. Check your frame's seat tube diameter before ordering. Get it right the first time. The diameter is often stamped on the lower part of your current seatpost or on the manufacturer's web page.

Great Dropper Post for a Reasonable Price

I installed it, and it seems to be working very well. I am unsure about the remote trigger, but it will probably be acceptable once I get used to it.
