The shock is brand new and has never been mounted on a bicycle. The shock is part of a bulk order (OEM) from FOX and does not include retail packaging. This shock includes the shock as pictured and the owner's manual. No other materials are included. 

This is a top of the line shock designed for all-mountain, enduro and downhill riding. It has all the bells and whistles for when you hear the bells and whistles from the crowd. We send it it you so you can send it.
