The Bomber Air features on-the-fly Sweep Adjust for an infinite number of compression adjust positions from fully open to very firm. The firm setting isn't quite locked-out. 

Tech note: This shock has an original stroke travel of 60mm. The stroke travel is internally adjustable to 57.5mm, 60mm, 62.5mm or 65mm using the correct amount of internal spacers. We are happy to adjust the stroke travel before shipping for free. Just ask nicely with a note during checkout and we'll make it happen.
