These are 100% genuine Shimano Deore brakes. They are brand new and have never been mounted on a bicycle. They are part of a bulk order (OEM) from Shimano so there is no retail box. 

Shimano Deore brakes are excellent hydraulic disc brakes. Shimano, arguably, makes the best feeling brakes on the market. Although these are the more budget friendly offering, they have the same great power and modulation as their higher end brakes. If you are looking for a great hydraulic brake at a great price, this is a strong choice.
