The bottom bracket is brand new and has never been mounted on a bicycle. It is part of a bulk order (OEM) from SRAM so there is no retail box. 

This sale includes one 4.5mm outer spacer for mountain bikes with 73mm, threaded bottom bracket shells. 
This sale includes one 2.0mm outer spacer. Use this spacer instead of the 4.5mm spacer if your bike uses a bottom bracket mounted chain guide. 

Tech note: The proper set up is to install the bottom bracket on the frame and use the 4.5mm outer spacer on the right side. Easy Peasy. 

No other outer spacers are included.
